Branch Outside Sales

Outside Sales Representatives generate new customers, build customer relationships and drive new business by leveraging all of USAT Logistics services. You will work closely with the client managers, perform inside sales and cold calling in support of customer acquisition efforts.

Carrier Manager

Carrier Managers source, secure carrier capacity and manage service execution in order to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations while maximizing USAT Yields. They are effective at build long-term strategic relationships with a variety of carriers to readily secure capacity as needed.

Client Manager

Our Customer Service Managers are the primary contact for a wide-ranging portfolio of accounts, maintaining current business and developing new business to produce revenue. This includes close oversight for all activity that may have an impact service and contract obligations, pricing strategies and yield management.

Director Yield Management

The Director of Yield Management works to guide branches to maximize revenue and minimize costs. By analyzing data about current and potential customers, competitors, and the market, they can better create effective business plans, while fine tuning present policies and procedures.

LTL General Manager

The General Manager provides leadership while ensuring the efficient operation of a full-service LTL office. They develop a superior level of customer and carrier relations, promoting the sales and service culture through guidance and motivation. Individual and regional sales goals are attained through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.

Operations Assistant

Operations Assistants provide tactical support as it involves day-to-day operations. This often includes order entry, appointment scheduling, and track and trace support. Their work requires them to be proactive and with the ability to recognize and provide alerts on potential service gaps.

Pricing Specialist

The Pricing Specialist is charged with monitoring and maintaining a customer rate that ensures integrity in pricing and billing accuracy at all times. They will interact and openly communicate with internal customers, supporting the pricing department by being proactive and maintaining workflow timeliness.

Regional Manager

Responsible for the administration and efficient operation of a full-service regional office. They maintain great customer and carrier relationships while promoting the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. They reach individual and regional business goals through sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.

Capacity Coordinator

As the Capacity Coordinator, you will learn the ins and outs of transportation and sales. This person finds leads and makes cold-calls to potential customers over the phone. They sell our services & solutions (we have our own trucks), turn prospects into customers, and then do it again!
